USA
Standard shipping on items for sale in my shop is now free on all products sent domestically.
However, special order items will incur an additional shipping fee.
INTERNATIONAL
Buyer pays shipping. To receive a shipping quote, please email me with your exact mail address, item(s), and quantity.
Please keep in mind many countries will charge an additional customs fee or tariff to the buyer, to be paid at pickup or to receive the package.
Returns
Prints and cards are generally made to order, so returns are not accepted. However, if you have any issues, please contact me.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges of original artwork:

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Conditions of return: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I don't accept cancellations, although please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Timing
When possible, orders ship within 2 business days. This includes paper prints, paintings with in-stock frames, and small orders of cards.
Original paintings requiring frames not in stock will take 2 to 4 weeks.
Prints with coating, texture, and/or mounting take an additional several days.
Special order prints, like gallery wrap or sizes not listed in my shop, take several weeks.
Large print or card orders will also take 2 to 4 weeks.
